Students may receive a full refund if they withdraw within 7 days of course commencement. After this period, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused portions of the course.

4. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct during all course activities. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the program without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, documents, and presentations, are the exclusive property of EventFlow Pro and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

6. Certification

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements. Certification does not guarantee employment or specific income levels.

7. Limitation of Liability

EventFlow Pro's liability is limited to the amount paid for the course. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
